Bihar Police Special Branch Constable PST/DV notice में क्या बदला?
Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar ने Advertisement 01/2026 के shortlisted Special Branch Constable candidates के लिए Physical Standard Test (PST), document verification (DV) और e-admit-card schedule जारी किया है। PST/DV 12 September 2026 को Bihar Veterinary College, Patna के sports ground में होगा। E-admit card 5 September 2026 को 00:00 बजे से official CSBC website के Bihar Police tab पर उपलब्ध होगा। Written-result shortlist में शामिल candidates को अब admit card download करके originals और self-attested copies तैयार करनी चाहिए।
Notice 29 August 2026 dated है। Candidate-specific reporting time और final instructions admit card पर होंगे, इसलिए general schedule के साथ अपना call letter भी जरूर पढ़ें। CSBC ने स्पष्ट किया है कि admit card डाक से नहीं भेजा जाएगा और scheduled PST/DV miss करने वाले candidate को second opportunity नहीं मिलेगी।
CSBC Special Branch PST admit card कैसे download करें?
Admit card पर printed date, time और venue candidate के लिए controlling instructions हैं। किसी coaching पोस्ट, forwarded screenshot या unofficial link से schedule बदलने की पुष्टि न करें। Portal busy हो तो कुछ समय बाद official website से retry करें; personal credentials third-party result site पर enter न करें।

- Homepage पर Bihar Police tab में Advertisement 01/2026 का e-admit-card link चुनें
- Official portal पर मांगी गई candidate credentials भरें; OTP या password किसी व्यक्ति को न बताएं
- Admit card download करके name, roll number, reporting time, date और venue verify करें

Admit card download न हो तो duplicate card कहां मिलेगा?
जो shortlisted candidate किसी कारण e-admit card download नहीं कर पाता, वह 10 September 2026 को CSBC office, 5 Harding Road, near Secretariat Halt, Patna-800001 से duplicate admit card अपने खर्च पर प्राप्त कर सकता है। Official window 10:00 AM से 5:00 PM है। यह facility केवल notice में specified date और time पर है; postal delivery उपलब्ध नहीं है।
Office जाने से पहले application or roll-number record और valid photo ID ready रखें। Notice exact support-document list for duplicate issue अलग से नहीं देता, इसलिए identification records साथ रखना practical precaution है, official additional demand नहीं। Candidate PST date तक wait न करे क्योंकि बिना admit card venue entry नहीं मिलेगी।
PST में क्या check होगा और attendance rule क्या है?

हर shortlisted candidate को admit card पर specified date और time पर उपस्थित होना mandatory है। Absent candidate को disqualified माना जाएगा और second chance नहीं मिलेगा। CSBC ने यह भी कहा है कि family, personal, medical, fracture or pregnancy जैसे circumstances में PST or record-scrutiny time extension request स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Candidate health issue में medical safety को priority दे, लेकिन recruitment consequence के लिए official notice ही controls।
Document verification के लिए क्या लेकर जाएं?
Document verification PST वाले दिन ही होगा और इसके लिए separate second opportunity नहीं मिलेगी। BC/EBC candidates should carefully read the Non-Creamy Layer and declaration conditions; SC/ST and other reserved-category candidates should check caste and permanent-residence requirements. EWS candidates should verify the prescribed financial-year certificate. Do not assume a DigiLocker image or plain photocopy replaces an original unless CSBC later says so।

- Original matric or equivalent certificate and marksheet as date-of-birth proof
- Original Intermediate or equivalent pass certificate and marksheet
- Every applicable category, domicile, NCL, EWS, FFW or government-service certificate named in the official notice
- One self-attested photocopy set of all applicable original documents

The notice warns candidates about दलालों and makes clear that eligibility may be checked at any stage. A downloaded admit card or written-exam shortlist does not guarantee final selection.
