CONCOR Management Trainee, Assistant Officer Recruitment 2026 में क्या जारी हुआ?

Qualification और experience किस role के लिए चाहिए?
MT roles में discipline-specific qualifications हैं। Commercial & Operations और Personnel & Administration के लिए graduation के साथ relevant two-year MBA, MSW, PG degree या diploma prescribed है। Accounts role के लिए graduate plus Chartered Accountant qualification और Compliance option के लिए graduate plus Company Secretary qualification चाहिए। Technical, Civil और MIS roles में notification में दी गई relevant engineering, MCA, MSc, DOEACC or equivalent approved qualification लागू होती है।
AO posts experienced candidates के लिए हैं। Commercial & Operations में graduate with 50% marks और normally four years' relevant experience मांगा गया है, हालांकि specified logistics qualification वाले candidates के लिए two-year route है। Accounts, Technical, MIS and Civil roles में qualification के साथ one to four years तक role-specific experience prescribed है। Higher qualification alone minimum listed qualification को replace नहीं करती।
Age limit, relaxation और pay scale क्या है?
Unreserved candidates के लिए MT age band 18–28 years और AO age band 18–32 years है, calculated on 31 August 2026। Official relaxations include 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD, service period plus 3 years for ex-servicemen, and 5 years for departmental candidates। सभी possible relaxations के बाद maximum upper age 50 years से अधिक नहीं हो सकती।
Management Trainee pay scale ₹50,000–1,60,000 है और notification approximate annual CTC ₹20.11 lakh बताता है। One-year training successfully complete करने के बाद MTs को Assistant Manager/E1 grade में absorb किया जाएगा। Assistant Officer pay scale ₹40,000–1,36,000 है, with approximate annual CTC ₹16.09 lakh। CTC estimated figure है; actual take-home salary deductions, posting and applicable rules पर depend करेगी।
Application dates और fee कितनी है?
Payment online mode में ही accepted है और bank transaction or intimation charges candidate को bear करने होंगे। Fee non-refundable है। More than one postcode के लिए separate form and fee required है; CONCOR warns that two examinations, GDs or interviews may overlap or be allotted in different cities। इसलिए multiple applications तभी submit करें जब schedule risk समझते हों।

CONCOR MT और AO selection process कैसे होगा?
Management Trainee selection में Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD) and/or interview शामिल होगा, as decided by CONCOR। Assistant Officer selection purely CBT performance पर based होगा। Both cadres का CBT same day in separate shifts हो सकता है। Exam date अभी notification में confirm नहीं की गई; admit card and schedule only official website पर later publish होंगे।
CBT में 100 questions for 100 marks होंगे: Professional Knowledge 50, English 10, Reasoning 10, Quantitative Aptitude 15 and General Knowledge 15। Duration 90 minutes है; eligible PwBD candidates using a scribe get 120 minutes। Each wrong answer carries a 0.25-mark penalty। Paper Hindi and English में होगा, with English version controlling any discrepancy।
