Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) ने Customer Service Associates के लिए CRP CSA-XVI notification जारी किया है। Eligible graduates 21 August 2026 तक official portal पर registration और fee payment complete कर सकते हैं। यह participating public sector banks की 2027-28 vacancies के लिए है; candidate केवल एक State/UT चुन सकता है।

Who Is Eligible for IBPS Clerk CSA-XVI Recruitment 2026?
General/EWS age 1 August 2026 को 20-28 years होनी चाहिए; notified birth range 2 August 1998 से 1 August 2006 है। Upper-age relaxation SC/ST को 5 years, OBC Non-Creamy Layer को 3 years और PwBD को 10 years है। Other categories official age clause देखें।
Graduation result 21 August 2026 तक declared होना चाहिए। Computer working knowledge mandatory है और applicant को chosen State/UT की opted local language पढ़ना, लिखना, बोलना और समझना आना चाहिए।
Application Fee कितनी है और payment कैसे होगा?
Official application workflow में ही fee pay करें। E-receipt न बने तो payment successful assume न करें; login करके status verify करें। Payment के दौरान Back या Refresh avoid करें।
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates: ₹175, GST included
- All other candidates: ₹850, GST included

IBPS CSA-XVI selection process और exam pattern क्या है?
Preliminary exam में English 30, Numerical Ability 35 और Reasoning 35 questions हैं: total 100 marks और 60 minutes। Main exam में चार tests के 160 questions, 200 marks और 125 minutes हैं।
Wrong objective answer पर assigned marks का one-fourth penalty है। Final merit में केवल Main marks considered होंगे। Local Language Proficiency Test qualifying है; Class 10 या above certificate में opted language studied होने का evidence हो तो exemption मिल सकती है।
