UPSC EPFO APFC Recruitment 2026 में क्या जारी हुआ?
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) ने Special Advertisement No.52/2026 के तहत Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) में Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) के 80 permanent Group A posts के लिए online applications खोले हैं। Eligible graduates 22 August से 11 September 2026 शाम 6:00 बजे तक UPSC Online Recruitment Application (ORA) portal पर apply कर सकते हैं। Pen-and-paper Recruitment Test 20 December 2026 के लिए scheduled है।

UPSC EPFO APFC eligibility और age limit क्या है?
Essential qualification recognised university की degree or equivalent है। Essential experience prescribed नहीं है। Company Law, Labour Laws or Public Administration में diploma desirable है, mandatory नहीं। Candidates को closing date तक degree requirement complete करनी होगी और claim support करने वाले degree/provisional certificate तथा marksheets upload करने होंगे।
Upper age limit UR/EWS के लिए 35, OBC के लिए 38 और SC/ST के लिए 40 years है। PwBD candidates को applicable category limit के ऊपर up to 10 years relaxation मिल सकती है, subject to maximum age 56 years। EPFO employees के लिए up to 5 years relaxation है। Relaxation automatic नहीं है; candidate को सही category select करके prescribed proof upload करना होगा।
Application fee कितनी है और exemption किसे मिलेगी?
Women, SC, ST and PwBD candidates के लिए fee nil है। बाकी candidates को ₹25 online debit/credit card, UPI or net banking से 11 September 2026 शाम 6:00 बजे तक pay करना है। OBC, EWS and UR male candidates को full fee देनी होगी। Fee non-refundable है, इसलिए payment से पहले vacancy number and application details verify करें।
UPSC किसी agent or personal bank account से payment नहीं लेता। Portal receipt और final submitted application save करें। Payment दिखने के बाद भी application status incomplete हो तो deadline से पहले official ORA helpdesk से contact करें; duplicate payment अनुमान से न करें।
APFC selection process, exam pattern और syllabus क्या है?
Shortlisting के लिए 2-hour objective Recruitment Test होगा। Paper Hindi and English में होगा, all questions equal marks carry करेंगे और wrong answer पर one-third negative marking है; blank answer पर penalty नहीं। Recruitment Test 300 marks और Interview 100 marks का होगा, final weightage 75:25 है। Interview suitability minimum UR/EWS 50, OBC 45 and SC/ST/PwBD 40 marks out of 100 है।

कौन-से documents तैयार रखें?
Claim-supporting documents PDF format में upload करें। Submitted ORA printout UPSC को post नहीं करना है, but interview के लिए बुलाए जाने पर इसे साथ रखना होगा। Uploaded proof unclear, wrong format or outdated category certificate हुआ तो claim reject हो सकता है।
- Class 10 certificate or accepted date-of-birth proof
- Degree or provisional certificate with marksheets
- SC, ST, OBC, EWS or PwBD certificate in applicable prescribed format
- Age-relaxation, government-service declaration or EPFO employee proof, if claimed
